Facility Information and Guidance System
Infoboard-Touch is a visitor information and guidance system.
The touch screen capable eKIOSK-Dialogue solution allows visitors quickly and intuitively to get information about the facility and the listed companies and persons. Visitors will be guided through a property by viewing provided surrounding and floor plans and by multilingual instructions.
Alternating presentation pictures or texts on the starting display can be included as well.
All information will be provided in the chosen language.
Infoboard-Touch will be customized or enhanced in layout, information complexity and dialogue sequences. Existing security and communication systems will be integrated if technically possible. All Infoboard-Touch terminals in one integrated system will receive the master data from one central server. The terminals are connected with the server by Ethernet.
After the initialisation each of the terminals can be used also as a stand alone system. The data administration centrally takes place in the server system.
Data can also be transferred / equalized from external systems. Direct connections to data bases and interfaces are available.
